About the Role ...
As a part of the Reception team, you will be responsible for:
* Maintaining and developing relationships with members
* Ensuring compliance with liquor & gaming regulations
* Maximising the patron satisfaction levels by driving service standards
* Answering phone calls and directing them to correct contact or answering enquiries
* Microphone announcements
* Answering all enquiries from members
Your role will be to enhance customer service, achieve individual and team KPIs, meet financial targets and coach and motivate your team.
A front of house, hands-on role, you will bring proven experience of floor operations including cash handling, a decisive personality and the ability to communicate with a diverse membership demographic. An eye for detail and a clear understanding of compliance and necessary legislation is imperative.
To be successful in this role you would need to possess the following:
Essential skills & competencies:
* Have an extensive knowledge of club activities
* Knowledge of aspects of compliance with relevant legislation
* Proven ability to deal with a diverse demographic
* Ability to improve communications and form strong customer relations
* Effective time management and organisational skills
* Immaculate personal presentation and service
Requirements and Qualifications:
* Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate
* Responsible Service of Gaming certificate
* Experience in conflict resolution and employee engagementWorking rights in Australia
