Responsibilities
* Lead the creation of high‐fidelity wireframes, prototypes, journey maps, UX flows, and interaction patterns for both legacy platforms and new product concepts.
* Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Managers, and development teams to define product experiences aligned with user needs and strategic business goals.
* Drive and maintain a modernised design system, ensuring consistent UI patterns and interaction standards across all digital platforms.
* Validate design concepts through usability testing, user research, rapid prototyping, and iterative refinement.
* Oversee design quality during development, conducting design reviews and ensuring accurate implementation of UX/UI specifications.
* Provide strategic UX input into planning, prioritisation, sprint activities, and product roadmap development.
* Support the rollout, adoption, and user training for new features and digital products.
* Mentor designers and uplift design thinking, user‐centric practices, and experience‐led decision‐making across the organisation.
Qualifications
* Expert capability in end‐to‐end UX/UI design, including wireframing, prototyping, interaction design, and creating user journeys for complex digital ecosystems.
* Strong stakeholder collaboration skills, with the ability to partner effectively with BAs, PMs, developers and business leaders.
* Advanced problem‐solving and design thinking abilities, using research, testing, and iterative refinement to validate concepts and drive high‐quality digital experiences.
* Leadership in design maturity, including mentoring others, maintaining design systems, ensuring UI consistency, and influencing UX strategy across products and team.
