We are seeking an experienced and client-facing Legionella Risk Assessor to join our workforce in the Brighton area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for undertaking legionella risk assessments on various sites, from small schools to domestic properties. You will have a good understanding of HTM-***** guidelines and must ensure compliance.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out Legionella Risk Assessments in accordance with industry standards and client requirements
* Compile schematic drawings and produce final documents for clients
* Provide recommendations and prices for remedial works, routine control measures, and quotations
Required Skills and Qualifications
Ideally hold City & Guilds Legionella qualification or equivalent WMS certificates. You must be fully conversant with domestic, commercial, and industrial water systems, supplies, and water regulations. Additionally, you should have experience in providing follow-up consultancy services to clients and possess good communication skills.
