Responsibilities
- Participate in a structured 12-month graduate program with immersive initial training and ongoing clinical workshops
- Receive weekly 1:1 supervision, buddy support, clinical mentors, group supervision, and fortnightly training
- Engage in NDIS-supported practice, including report writing and knowledge building with a dedicated team
- Work across flexible settings (home, cafe, clinical hubs, or team spaces) as preferred
- Collaborate in multidisciplinary teams to achieve outcomes and support client goals
