Wedded Wonderland is reimagining what it means to support couples during their wedding journey. As an Online Wedding Planner, you’ll act as a premium concierge — helping couples find and connect with the right vendors, without taking on the full workload of a traditional wedding planner.
You’ll be the expert guide and go-to contact for couples across the globe, matching them with handpicked vendors from our curated (and growing) global network. Your role is all about trust, taste, and seamless communication — giving couples a luxury experience from their first enquiry through to confirmed bookings.
This is a partnership position with a revenue share model, best suited to professionals who thrive on relationship management, autonomy, and helping others create unforgettable celebrations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Speak with couples to understand their style, needs, and wedding goals
Curate vendor recommendations and facilitate introductions from our global network
Coordinate and manage communications between couples and vendors
Track bookings and pipeline progress using internal CRM and booking tools
Maintain exceptional service standards in all touchpoints
Identify gaps and onboard new vendors where needed
Earn commission on every successful match and confirmed booking
YOU’LL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF YOU:
Come from a background in events, weddings, hospitality, or client services
Are emotionally intelligent, proactive, and polished in your communication

Can manage multiple couples and vendors without missing details
Understand luxury clients and how to deliver white-glove experiences remotely
REVENUE MODEL
This is a commission-based partnership
You’ll earn a share of the vendor booking fees or commissions for matches you facilitate
