The role of Claims Quality Assurance Specialist is crucial in ensuring the team's effectiveness in executing the Quality Management Framework for claims. This involves conducting deep dive file reviews, implementing quality assurance techniques, and collaborating with claims teams to enhance performance alignment with business objectives.
* Lead deep dive reviews, update QA questionnaires, ensure timely delivery of the QA schedule, and follow up on audit action items.
* Conduct quality assurance reviews, audits, and analyses; provide feedback and ensure reports are completed to a high standard and delivered on time.
* Analyse claims performance using file reviews and data extraction, document findings, and communicate results to the business and regulators as required.
* Monitor team performance, implement improvement plans, and provide coaching based on review outcomes to support continuous development.
* Collaborate with the business to set and implement the strategic direction for claims management, including identifying and executing improvement initiatives.
