What You'll Be Doing
As part of our Manufacturing team, you will play a key role in producing high-quality products while ensuring safe and efficient factory operations. You'll contribute to achieving production targets, maintaining quality standards, and supporting a collaborative team environment on site.
Key Responsibilities
* Contribute to the safe and efficient completion of production schedules
* Operate production equipment and forklifts safely, including conducting routine safety checks
* Carry out appropriate checks to ensure equipment is in robust condition and lost time is minimised
* Accurately record all activity and ensure all forms, documents and QA are up to date
* Comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and QA

What We're Looking for
* Strong commitment to safety, quality and following procedures
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
* High attention to detail, particularly with quality checks and documentation
* Demonstrated ability to multitask and problem solve
* Reliable, dependable and proactive approach to work
* Flexibility to work shifts and overtime as required
* Previous experience in a manufacturing or a production environment (desired but not essential)
* Forklift license (or willingness to obtain)
Working hours from Monday to Friday are 6.45am to 2.30pm on day shift or 1.30pm to 9.15pm afternoon shift.
