Job Overview
* Lead the operations of the Tours division, ensuring exceptional guest experiences through service delivery, logistics management, and product development.
* Drive the recruitment, training, and development of tour guides, championing cultural understanding and community involvement.
* Maintain key stakeholder relationships, promoting respectful collaboration and community engagement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Proven leadership in high-volume tourism operations, ideally in remote or regional Australia, with a passion for Indigenous tourism and cultural interpretation.
* Strong commercial acumen with experience in sales, financial planning, and team development.
* Driver's license mandatory (LR or MR preferable) and knowledge of Kakadu highly regarded;
* H endorsement desirable.
