About the Role
Reporting to the Fleet Manager, you will provide administrative and operational support to ensure a seamless experience for our fleet customers.
Key responsibilities include:
* Preparing quotes, contracts and delivery documentation
* Coordinating vehicle orders, registrations and deliveries
* Liaising with customers, suppliers and internal departments
* Maintaining accurate records and follow-up schedules
* Assisting with customer enquiries and relationship management
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Previous administration or customer service experience
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
* Confident communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
* Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office
* Automotive or fleet experience (preferred but not essential)
