Henry Schein is seeking a Dental Equipment Sales Specialist for our Queensland team. This role drives growth across our equipment portfolio, covering Brisbane south of the Brisbane River through to Coffs Harbour. You will combine strong sales capability with end-to-end project management, serving as a trusted advisor from planning to installation.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage an existing customer base while proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, both independently and through leads generated by the wider sales team.
* Collaborate with the wider sales and service teams to ensure customer needs are met and that commercial targets are achieved.
* Provide consultative sales support to influence purchasing decisions.
* Train and upskill internal teams on product knowledge and application.
* Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to customers.
* Use CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, Pronto) to manage activity and support sales.
* Travel in field across the set territory, including nights away for regional trips.
* Participate in key dental expos, which may include occasional weekend work.
Required Skills and Experience
* Dental industry experience with knowledge of products, equipment and clinical applications.
* 1–2 years of consultative sales, ideally within the dental, medical or allied health sector (preferred).
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills, with confidence to present and engage stakeholders at all levels.
* Commercial acumen with strong organisational capability, high attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities in a complex, fast‐paced environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
* High integrity, professionalism and willingness to learn and develop.
* Valid driver's licence.
