We are looking for a Social Media expert to own the brand's social channels for Cotton On Menswear.
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a team to develop and deliver an innovative social media calendar that supports brand moments across global channels.
* Create and execute social media marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and conversion.
* Analyze performance of content, identify opportunities for growth, and report findings to key stakeholders.
* Strengthen market position by amplifying the brand message across all channels and ensuring a consistent global presence.
Qualifications
* Degree or qualification in Marketing or Advertising.
* Demonstrated experience in Social Media, ideally within a retail business.
* Passion for leading and developing a team.
* Proven skills in analysing data and reports related to customer reach and engagement.
* Experience working with omni‐channel strategies.
* Strong knowledge of web analytics platforms and data analysis tools.
* High attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines while focusing on key priorities.
