* Resolve problems efficiently, including inquiries and client support.
* Maintain accurate records and referral systems.
* Develop and improve office systems that streamline work for everyone.
* Enter data and track program statistics.

Qualifications & Experience
* Certificate III or higher in Business Administration or a related field, plus hands‐on experience in admin support roles.
* Excellent multitasking, time‐management and ability to work calmly under pressure.
