What You'll Do
* Create a structured, supportive classroom environment where every student can succeed
* Plan and deliver clear, engaging lessons using explicit teaching practices
* Monitor student progress and provide regular, meaningful feedback
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure consistency of curriculum and practice
* Build positive partnerships with families and contribute to a strong school community
* Support the wellbeing and pastoral care of students in line with Catholic values
We're Looking For
* Commitment to Catholic education and school mission
* Strong knowledge of the Victorian Curriculum
* Skilled, explicit classroom practice and a focus on student growth
* Collaborative, proactive approach in a foundation school setting
* Teachers for Foundation, 1/2, 3/4 and 5/6
* A clear commitment to Catholic education and the mission of the Church
* Strong knowledge of the Victorian Curriculum and effective classroom practice
* Confidence in delivering structured, explicit teaching that improves student outcomes
* A collaborative and proactive approach, with a willingness to contribute to a foundation school
* A genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of students and families
