- About the role:_
Our client is transitioning from a paper-based safety document system and process to a computer-based software package. As the Project/Data Administrator your responsibilities will include:
- Provide high quality administrative input and support;
- Complete documentation, data entry and associated tasks;
- Develop, implement and maintain computer-based organisational systems;
- Identify issues, propose solutions and implement improvements;
- Communicate verbally and in writing with your colleagues who are also transitioning to the new system; and
- Uphold high ethical standards and maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- About you:_
To be successful in the role, you will have proven experience in computer/data systems from an admin perspective. You will also possess:
- A good understanding of computer systems and their integrations with administrative processes;
- Excellent attention to detail;
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques;
- The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in dynamic environments; and
- Possess an enthusiastic, positive and customer focused attitude.
