* Produce monthly accounts receivable reports in collaboration with the SCEA office to support decision‐making.
* Reconcile bank, credit card, and other financial accounts, and analyse financial data to provide insights to the Business Manager.
* Contribute to the Administrative Team by delivering consistent service and providing frontline support when required.
* Assist with general administrative duties and support broader team operations as needed.
* Demonstrate a committed Christian faith, actively supporting and contributing to the Christian life of the College.
* Align with the Association's Statement of Faith, Christian Lifestyle Statement, and educational objectives.
* High level of customer service with strong personal presentation and professional telephone manner.
* Strong organisation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to follow directions and show initiative.
* Exceptional multitasking and time management skills, working efficiently and effectively.
* Accounts Officer experience or qualifications, with solid financial process knowledge and strong Microsoft Office 365 skills (and willingness to learn new systems).
* Current Working with Children Check, and Department of Education Criminal History Check (or willingness to obtain).

Desirable Selection Criteria

* Current Apply First Aid qualification or willingness to obtain.
* Experience working in a school and with school data systems.

What We Offer

* Unity in Community: Join us as we continue to build strong connections between our networks of Schools as we work together for a common purpose.
* High‐Capacity Workplace: Working for SCEA means joining with us as we continue to seek growth opportunities across our people, places and resources so we can offer excellent Christian education.
* Growth in Reach: Be a part of increasing community access to transformative Gospel‐inspired education as we work with stakeholders to grow the SCEA Schools network.
