About the Role
* Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
* Complete resume screening based on capability and experience.
* Use sound judgement when interviewing and assessing candidates.
* Conduct interviews both face‐to‐face and via Microsoft Teams.
* Deliver recruitment campaigns tailored to hiring manager needs and timeframes.
* Work closely with the Mobilisation Coordinator to ensure smooth, efficient pre‐employment processes.
About You
* A natural talent hunter who enjoys finding the right fit.
* Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities across a large vacancy portfolio.
* Previous recruitment experience is essential—ideally within mining, heavy machinery, or blue‐collar industries.
* Self‐motivated, resilient, and results‐driven.
* A strong communicator with a solutions‐focused, proactive approach.
