As part of our expansion, we're on the lookout for a driven and personable Retail Buyer to join the Used Car Team at Dubbo City & Gilgandra Toyota.

About the Role
Working in our team as a Retail Buyer, your day will involve
* Inspecting and valuing trade-ins and vehicle purchases
* Engaging with customers and private sellers
* Collaborating with the sales and service departments
* Using tech tools and apps for fast, accurate valuations
* Managing stock acquisition to match demand
* Meeting (and smashing) monthly KPIs.
What You'll Need
* Manual Driver's Licence
* Strong attention to detail (inspections, paperwork, vehicle history)
* Comfortable using mobile tech and valuation apps
* Team player who's also self-driven
* Customer-first mindset with a hunger to succeed
* Strong decision-making skills
* Previous automotive or general sales experience is ideal
* Mechanics looking to transition off the tools, or vehicle assessors with a background in panel beating seeking a change of pace, are encouraged to apply
