Job Title: Customer Service Representative
We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and support to customers in the Benalla area.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
* Assist customers with opening accounts, lending products, and banking transactions.
* Communicate the benefits of NAB's banking options to customers and provide a seamless experience.

Work Arrangements:
This is a part-time role working 5 days a week, Monday to Thursday from 9am to 4:30pm and Friday from 9am to 5:15pm.
