Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Professional to lead our business development efforts in the QLD market. The successful candidate will drive growth through new and existing accounts, focusing on winning business with proven products. They will build trusted relationships with clients while dedicated teams handle ongoing support. They will maintain and grow clients within the Brisbane territory by prospecting and converting leads via face-to-face and phone meetings.
Responsibilities:
* Maintain and grow clients within the Brisbane territory
* Prospect and convert leads via face-to-face and phone meetings
* Generate new sales leads and actively canvas the territory
* Update the CRM for forecasting and pipeline management
* Nurture existing customers and convert them to 100% usage of the payment platform
* Perform account management tasks to maintain positive client relationships
Requirements:
* 3-4 years' experience in a Territory Sales or BDM role
* Strong experience selling to C-suite executives
* Proven in-field sales success as a hunter, winning new business
* Experience in the banking and finance industry is ideal
* Ability to build strong relationships and retain/grow usage within an existing client base
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills
