Overview
Rarekind is seeking a Support Analyst in Newcastle, New South Wales. The role is to troubleshoot a rich suite of software and hardware solutions built in-house and to support customers with Point-of-Sale (POS) systems to ensure business continuity.
Responsibilities
* Troubleshoot software and hardware solutions built in-house for customers.
* Provide customer-focused support to minimise downtime and ensure POS systems keep the business running.
* Collaborate with the team and participate in training programs to develop skills in POS systems.
* Contribute to product direction by sharing feedback and working with internal systems and roadmaps.
Qualifications / Experience
* Problem-solving with a customer-centric mindset; enjoy fixing problems for people.
* Experience in support roles (helpdesk, call centres, or virtual support) and an interest in specialising in new tech.
* Willingness to learn, drive, and the ability to support others.
The Company
The company has been in Newcastle for 50 years and develops an award-winning suite of POS solutions. It has around 15 staff in support and ongoing growth plans. It values collaboration and gives its team a voice in technical direction. The role is based in Broadmeadow, with a modern, renovated office and on-site parking.
