We're looking for a hands-on Senior Change Manager to support the delivery of a major Salesforce transformation in the higher education sector.
In this role, you'll be rolling up your sleeves to:
- Drive business readiness and adoption across faculties and teams
- Deliver impact assessments, communications, and training activities
- Partner closely with program leads and stakeholders to embed Salesforce into daily ways of working
- Ensure change plans are executed smoothly and on time
What you'll bring:
- Proven success delivering change on large-scale Salesforce/CRM programs
- Experience in higher education or similarly complex environments
- Robust stakeholder management and communication skills
- A delivery mindset - able to move quickly, adapt, and make things happen
