Work Where the Mountains Are Your Office
You will be working and living on the mountain at one of the two iconic on‐mountain Food & Beverage venues, located in Guthega and Perisher, within the breathtaking Kosciuszko National Park. Offering a unique opportunity to work, live, and play in some of Australia's most spectacular winter settings.
Whether you're based in the charming village of Guthega, nestled along the upper reaches of the Snowy River, or the vibrant alpine hub of Perisher, you'll be part of a close‐knit team delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast‐paced on mountain environment. Guthega roles require staff to live on site in staff accommodation. Staff accommodation is available for Perisher roles too.
As a Hospitality Service Attendant, you will provide friendly, efficient service while maintaining high standards of food handling, hygiene, and safety. You'll take pride in the presentation and cleanliness of the outlet, support smooth daily operations, and assist with Cook and Kitchen Hand duties as required.
What You'll Do
* Assist with outlet opening and closing procedures
* Follow food safety and handling standards at all times
* Clean and maintain dining areas and public facilities
* Support all areas of the outlet to ensure efficient service and teamwork
What You'll Bring
* Required - Food Safety Certificate (completed in the last two years) - For the state you will be working in - See Do Food Safely (NSW Resorts)
* Required - A Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) - For the start you will be working in - See NSW Competency Card (NSW Resort)
* A tidy, professional appearance and pride in wearing a clean uniform
* The ability to thrive in a fast‐paced, team‐oriented environment
* A strong work ethic, reliability, and excellent time management skills
