At Good Morning Coffee Traders, we are seeking a passionate Barista to join our team in Garbutt, Queensland. This temporary, casual role is perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in the hospitality and catering industry. As a Barista, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers while delivering high-quality coffee and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
* Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and other drinks to customers
* Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and addressing their needs
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee shop, including workstations and seating areas
* Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
* Handle cash and process transactions accurately
* Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
Qualifications:
* No formal education required; however, a passion for coffee and customer service is essential
* Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not mandatory
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
