The key responsibilities include logging potential transactions in the banks central conflict clearing system identifying potential conflicts of interest and liaising with business selection, compliance and legal to evaluate and manage those conflicts. The role will involve validating and capturing relevant transactions and company information generating deal reports as well as regularly updating the deal information.
