Representing a leading provider of liquidity solutions for private capital markets in Asia Pacific -operating at the intersection of innovation and tradition, combining deep investment expertise with a collaborative and fast-moving culture.
What You'll Do
As part of the Finance & Operations team, you’ll be involved in the full lifecycle of fund and deal operations. Key responsibilities include:
* Manage sublines and cash flow activities
* Coordinate funding, expense approvals, and liaise with fund administrators
* Assist with opening new credit facilities and bank accounts
Deal Operations Support
* Incorporate new entities and manage onboarding processes
* Prepare and execute deal/KYC documentation (via DocuSign)
* Handle ongoing KYC reviews and corporate secretarial tasks
* Review quarterly management accounts, financial statements, and capital accounts
* Support year-end audit processes and liaise with external auditors
Valuation & Investor Reporting
* Prepare quarterly valuation models and investor templates
* Submit valuation inputs and ensure timely investor reporting
Who You Are
We’re looking for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have:
* A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
* 3–4 years of relevant experience (Big 4 and/or fund management a plus)
* Strong Excel skills and comfort with Microsoft Office
* A proactive mindset with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
* High integrity, strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills
* Bonus: Experience with process automation or efficiency tools
