About Agestrong
Agestrong is a group strength and balance program designed for older adults who feel less confident in accessing mainstream fitness classes. Our program offers a supportive environment led by trained leaders and backed by healthcare professionals.
Classes last 45-50 minutes and focus on major muscle groups using dumbbells, ankle weights, and therabands to enhance balance and overall physical fitness.
Volunteer Opportunities
* To create a welcoming atmosphere for participants, assisting with meet and greets.
* Support the Exercise Leader in running a safe and effective program by setting up equipment, taking payments, and assisting clients.
We are currently seeking support in our Frankston programs on Mondays or Wednesdays. If you're passionate about helping others and contributing to your community, we encourage you to apply.

* Support the Exercise Leader in delivering the program.
