Client Services Coordinator / Business Support | Accounting Firms | Adelaide (Multiple Opportunities)
I'm currently working with a number of well-regarded accounting firms across Adelaide who are looking for experienced Business Support professionals to join their teams.
If you've worked in an accounting or professional services environment and enjoy being the go-to support person, this could be a great move.
I'm open to speaking with Client Services Coordinators, Administrators, Receptionists, Corporate Secretaries, PAs, Office Managers and Practice Managers.
The role:
* Supporting a team of accountants with day-to-day admin
* Managing client onboarding and keeping systems up to date
* Preparing engagement letters, correspondence and reports
* Working across systems like XPM, FYI Docs and Xero
* Handling ATO/ASIC correspondence and general compliance tasks
* Managing lodgement workflows and deadlines
* Assisting with invoicing, WIP and debtor management
* Coordinating meetings, calls and client queries
What they're looking for:
* Previous experience in an accounting or similar professional services environment
* Strong communication skills and a professional approach
* Someone organised, proactive and happy to juggle multiple tasks
* Experience with systems like Xero, FYI, FuseSign, ATOmate or XPM
