As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll work closely with the Store Manager to oversee all aspects of store operations, including driving sales, delivering outstanding customer experiences, and managing stock. This is a leadership role where you'll help guide and develop the team while ensuring the store runs smoothly in the Store Manager's absence.
We're looking for a motivated individual with previous retail leadership or supervisory experience, strong communication skills and a customer‐first mindset. You'll thrive in a fast‐paced environment, lead by example and know how to inspire a team to achieve results while creating an engaging in‐store experience.
Responsibilities
* Support the Store Manager in driving sales and achieving performance targets while enhancing the customer experience.
* Assist in leading, mentoring, and developing the store team, cultivating a positive and results‐driven environment.
* Oversee stock management, ensuring effective stock replenishment, markdowns, and timely stocktakes.
* Maintain high visual merchandising standards to reflect brand direction.
* Ensure excellent service and build lasting customer relationships.
