Job Summary
A Certified Nursing Assistant | CNA plays a vital role in delivering high-quality care to residents.
Responsibilities:
* Assist residents with daily needs, including personal care, preparation for activities and social programs, and routine activities in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements.
* Provide basic nursing care to residents within the scope of the nursing assistant responsibilities and perform basic nursing procedures under the direction of the licensed nurse supervisor.
Additional responsibilities include:
* Delivering exceptional patient care through empathy, kindness, and compassion.
* Communicating effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care delivery.
* Maintaining accurate records of resident interactions and reporting any concerns or issues to supervisory staff.
Requirements:
* Active, and in good standing, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of practice.
* Prior experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting is preferred.
* Professional image in both appearance and behavior.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
