We support and empower employees to drive innovation initiatives within a well-established and growing over 16,500 employees working out of 120 offices in 40+ countries throughout Australasia, Asia, the Middle East, UK, Africa, North and South America, we partner with our parent company Surbana Jurong and sister company Robert Bird Group (RBG) to deliver integrated Infrastructure, Urban Development and Management Services expertise to our clients worldwide.**The Role**Our Rail & Metro team is looking for an Associate Electrical Designer to lead the design, coordination, and delivery of major Rail Transport Infrastructure projects across Brisbane and nationally.**Key Responsibilities*** Concept design and delivery of rail projects using AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks and Revizto* Ensuring that analysis and design tasks undertaken meet appropriate technical standards and the requirements of the client and SMEC* Build and maintain effective relationships internally and externally and contribute to effective client relationship management* Proactively collaborating with team members, contributors, and stakeholders to maintain quality, timeliness, and co-ordination of project deliverables* Mentoring and assisting with the professional development of junior engineers and designers**About You*** Degree in Electrical Engineering or Advanced Diploma* 8+ years' experience within an engineering design consultancy* Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and Revizto* Demonstrated experience in transport infrastructure* Solid understanding of Australian standards and local regulatory requirements* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills* Relevant working rights**How to Apply**To apply, click on the \"Apply Now\" link and follow the prompts.
