About the Role
As a Resident Admissions Coordinator, you'll play a key role in welcoming new residents into the Eldercare community. You'll manage residential enquiries and applications with accuracy, efficiency and genuine care, ensuring every person feels supported from their very first interaction with us.
With your exceptional communication and relationship‐building skills, you'll guide applicants and their families through a seamless admissions process, connect them with suitable vacancies and provide clear communication and compassionate support during what can be a significant life transition. You'll work closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver a smooth, positive and professional experience for every resident entering aged care at Eldercare.
You'll also bring the ability to balance empathy with firmness – offering reassurance and understanding while confidently setting boundaries, managing expectations and navigating sensitive conversations with clarity and respect.

* The successful candidate must have a valid driver's licence, and willingness to obtain an annual flu vaccination and national police check
