This role plays a critical part in the lifecycle management of satellite and space weather networks.
The network comprises ground stations and terrestrial space weather observation instruments, strategically located across Australia, Antarctica, and the Pacific region.
The role involves collaborating with the Space Network Manager to develop asset renewal plans and project proposals, risk management, contract administration, and other support activities as required.
This ensures reliable satellite data provision for numerical weather prediction, forecasting, and warning services.
* Asset performance analysis and reporting
* Improving asset information within the Bureau's Enterprise Asset Management System (EAMS)

Key Responsibilities
This role requires:
* Analysis and Reporting: Conduct thorough analyses and provide insightful reports on asset performance
* Asset Information Improvement: Enhance and maintain accurate asset information within EAMS
* Lifecycle Management: Oversee lifecycle and configuration management processes
* Project Support: Provide assistance with project development and implementation
