As Head of Department (Curriculum), your responsibilities include:
* Lead relevant curriculum areas or the whole‐school program to develop and provide quality learning outcomes for all students.
* Embed socially just practices in daily school life.
* Set high standards for student and staff performance.
* Engage in lifelong learning and professional development.
* Build partnerships with students, parents, agencies and community groups.
* Be future‐oriented and strategic.
* Understand legislation and policies impacting the school department, students and staff.
* Manage human, financial, facilities and curriculum resources of the school program to achieve goals.
