8. Guide team members to focus on customer/partner experience through efficient delivery.
9. Lead the adoption of Microsoft offerings and drive customer consumption.
10. Role model effective technical readiness and influence the team to develop their own technical readiness.
11. Own complex customer/partner relationships and lead the removal of technical blockers.

Qualifications (Text Only)
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 8+ years' experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
* 6+ years experience working in a customer-facing role (e.g., internal and/or external).
* 6+ years experience leading technical projects, teams, or functions.
* Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, security certifications) or breadth of technical experience and knowledge in foundational application development and tooling, foundational AI, architecture design, with strong technical understanding of cloud deployment scenarios and workloads, and proven ability to map the customer's needs to technical solutions.
Background Check Requirements
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These include:
* Citizenship Verification: This position requires verification of Australian Citizenship to meet federal government security requirements.
* Baseline Security Clearance: This position requires holding a Baseline Security Clearance conducted through the Australian Government Security Vetting Agency.
* Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This role requires passing the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
