What our clients are looking for:
We are looking for "plug-and-play" professionals who can hit the ground running. Ideal candidates will possess:
* Qualifications: CA or CPA fully qualified (essential).
* Experience: Minimum 5+ years of recent experience within an Australian Public Practice firm (Business Services, Tax, or Private Clients).
* Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of Div 7A, FBT, CGT, and complex group structures.
* Advisory Focus: A desire (or proven ability) to move beyond tax returns into cash flow modeling, restructuring, and growth strategy.
* Leadership: Experience managing WIP, reviewing the work of intermediates, and mentoring diverse teams.
* Tech Stack: Proficiency in Xero, APS, MYOB AE/AO, or GreatSoft.
