Reporting to the Office/Administration Manager, the Junior Receptionist will support our Port Adelaide offices by ensuring a professional, organised and welcoming front-of-house experience.
Key responsibilities include:
• Greet and welcome visitors, participants and stakeholders in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails promptly, including enquiries related to NDIS supports, nursing services, new client intake, existing participant queries and rostering changes.
• Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organised and presentable at all times.
• Receive, sort and distribute mail and deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records of appointments, meetings and office schedules.
• Provide administrative support as required (filing, data entry, photocopying, scanning, updating GAVAL Care Master Software, client folders, etc.).
• Ensure confidentiality of all client and organisational information.
