We're excited to welcome a Principal Advisor Quality Improvement to our Clinical Performance and Quality Team.The Principal Advisor Quality Improvement develops, coordinates and implements strategic and state-wide initiatives specific to clinical practice improvement and health care delivery systems within the context of a contemporary Health Service.Sunshine Coast Health is a values-based organisation. We respect, protect and promote human rights in our decision-making and actions.Key Responsibilities include:Demonstrated capability to lead, collaborate and consult with key stakeholders in planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of enhancing safety and quality initiatives.Participate in the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of information systems across SCHHS that will be utilised to capture a range of qualitative and quantitative measurement and performance data.Coordinate, support and implement strategic organisational strategies and initiatives in a clinical environment on an endorsed range of project deliverables using health service relevant project management and improvement methodologies.Remuneration value up to $171,568p.a., comprising salary between $5370.60- $5763.70 p.f., employer contribution to superannuation (12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO7) (Fixed tem temporary full time up to 6 months).
