The Role
An FP&A Analyst opportunity supporting a high-performing Finance leadership team. You will report to an experienced Finance Leader and work alongside some exceptional leaders.
This is a hands‐on, business partnering role. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Financial modelling and scenario analysis
* Budgeting, forecasting and rolling forecast preparation
* Variance analysis and management reporting
* Partnering with commercial and operational stakeholders
* Reporting and analysis using a variety of tools including AI and Power BI
* Supporting S&OP processes
What They Are Looking For
Someone sharp, curious and commercially minded, who can extract meaningful insight and communicate it clearly to stakeholders across the business.
* Analytical, problem‐solving mindset
* Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
Qualifications and Experience
* Ideally be CA or CPA qualified
* Experience in FP&A, commercial finance
* Manufacturing, FMCG, Retail or Logistics industry well regarded
* Has worked with local operations and manufacturing teams
Salary and Benefits
Up to $140k + superannuation depending on experience. Hybrid working arrangement.
