Day in the Life
Be the face of the floor, connecting with guests and ensuring every visit is memorable.
Share your passion for our products and recommend the perfect meal or drink to brighten a guest's day.
Deliver top‐notch customer service, making every interaction fun and memorable.
From the first pour of the day to the final lock‐up, you'll be on the front lines, maintaining sky‐high standards and a memorable experience.
Help the gaming and wagering team when needed and legally able.
Inherent Requirements
This is a hands‐on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
About You
You're a natural at making people feel welcome and pay attention to the little details.
You're a team player motivated to create magic for both guests and teammates.
You hold a current RSA certificate and are available flexibly.
Some gaming experience or willingness to learn would also be an asset.
