Retail Store Leadership Role

Key Responsibilities

* Recruit, onboard, and induct new team members, focusing on building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
* Manage stock levels effectively, ensuring accuracy and compliance with inventory management processes.
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to enhance customer experiences and drive business growth.
* Foster a positive and supportive work environment, encouraging teamwork and collaboration.
* Identify opportunities for local engagement and sponsorships, contributing to the well-being of our communities.

Requirements

* Prior experience in a similar leadership role or a proven track record of delivering results in a retail environment.
* Demonstrated expertise in equine products and the equestrian industry, with a passion for sharing knowledge with others.
* Achievement-driven mindset, with a focus on exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
* Strong leadership abilities, with a talent for motivating and developing high-performing teams.

Our Recruitment Process
