We're now seeking an experienced Workshop Supervisor to lead our workshop team and drive operational excellence, safety and quality standards.
About the Role
As the Workshop Supervisor, you'll provide day‐to‐day leadership and coordination of the workshop, ensuring safety, quality and productivity targets are met. You'll manage Leading Hands and workshop personnel, oversee scheduling and workflow, and play a key role in continuous improvement initiatives.

* Achieve Delivery in Full on Time targets.
* Drive cultural leadership and adherence to the company values.
* Optimise employee utilisation and workshop capacity.
* Supervise and manage the Leading Hands and workshop team.
* Deliver effective communication, guidance and technical support to the branch.
About You
You are a positive contributor and team player that possesses natural leadership qualities. You are mechanically astute, detail‐oriented, motivated and organised.
Qualifications and Experience
* A mechanical trade qualification.
* 5 years' experience in a similar role.
* Demonstrated leadership and people‐management skills.
* A strong commitment to health & safety and quality assurance.
* Experience using Cat SIS.
* Experience using Microsoft Excel and Word.
