Reporting to the Financial Controller ANZ, your role will consist of: Overall, oversight of the credit team to ensure compliance according to the Global Credit Policy. People - Manage and develop a highly engaged and competent team to provide outstanding customer service to internal and external stakeholders Risk Management - approve credit limits for customers or work with the regional team to seek approval based on established credit policies/risk assessment models, utilising third party support (credit agencies/credit insurer) Manage the credit team to ensure collection of accounts as they fall due to manage the Company's receivables to ensure strong working capital delivery One Electrolux - work proactively with cross functional organization towards the company's strategic goals. Take the lead - when things need improvement, work together with credit team and other departments to support continuous improvement. Represent ANZ internally in Electrolux global projects, developments, etc with both an eye on the total gain and local feasibility. What You'll Do Develop and maintain processes and procedures that are in accordance with Group Credit Policy, Trade Insurance Terms & Conditions and the local statutory requirements. Drive process improvement to standardise cash collections and allocation in coordination with the offshore Global Financial Shared Services Oversee the Electrolux Control System compliance for cash collection, cash allocation and debt collection process documentation within the OTC area.
