We are looking for a skilled and reliable Maintenance Electrician to join the KLES Illumination team. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems and lighting installations across residential, commercial, and industrial sites. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to safety and quality in every task.
Key Responsibilities :
* Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of electrical systems.
* Troubleshoot and repair faulty wiring, circuits, and lighting installations.
* Replace damaged or outdated components with safe, efficient alternatives.
* Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety standards.
* Respond to emergency repair requests in a timely manner.
* Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
* Collaborate with project supervisors and other electricians as needed.
* Provide recommendations for system upgrades and efficiency improvements.
Requirements:
* NVQ/Diploma/Certification in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
* Proven experience as a maintenance or service electrician.
* Strong knowledge of electrical systems, lighting installations, and safety regulations.
* Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
* Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
