This is a permanent part-time (0.9FTE) position commencing Term 3, 2026.
Manjimup Primary School (PS) is one of two public schools located in the town of Manjimup. With a school history of 100 years, its ties with the community are strong with generations of families having attended the school.
Manjimup PS is located 290 kilometres south of Perth and currently caters for 250 students from Kindergarten to Year 6.
The new school facilities greatly enhance the school's ability to deliver teaching and learning reflective of modern teaching practices. Important within these are the use of information and communication technologies. The stability of student and staff numbers contributes to the successful implementation of long‐term strategies. The Role
As the Manager Corporate Services, your central responsibility is to provide comprehensive oversight of the school's critical components, namely financial, physical, and human resources. In this role, you play a key role in ensuring the efficient functioning of the school's operations. This involves supervising school support staff, guiding them in the meticulous administration of tasks related to financial management, asset maintenance, and human resource coordination. Your adept management ensures that the school's financial operations adhere to established standards and contribute to the overall success of the institution.
A core aspect of your role is to administer and report on the financial integrity of the school's business operations. This includes offering valuable input into financial planning and budgeting, where your insights play a role in ensuring the fiscal health of the school. Your strategic involvement in the development of Business and Marketing Plans, in collaboration with the Principal and the Executive Management Team, underscores your commitment to the school's long‐term objectives.
Additionally, you will actively monitor the school's financial performance against these plans, emphasizing a proactive and results‐driven approach to financial management. Beyond the financial realm, your responsibilities extend to participating in committees and working groups, ensuring that your strategies align with both school‐based and regional business targets, contributing to the broader success of the school.
