We are seeking an accomplished Geology Team Leader to join our team. This key role is responsible for overseeing the design, scheduling and implementation of drilling programs to ensure timely and accurate data for analysis.
About the Role
This challenging position will see you:
* Providing training and mentorship to junior geologists
* Liaising with stakeholders to communicate plans
* Supervising drill contractors to ensure adherence to safety protocols
* Oversight of geological data analysis, interpretation and modelling
* Contribution to mine planning reviews
You will have a proven track record in a similar role and hold tertiary qualifications in Geology. Experience with mining and geology software packages such as Datamine, Leapfrog and Acquire is also essential.
