Orixon Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Accountant to join our dynamic team in Osborne Park, Western Australia. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality financial accounting and reporting services to support the overall business objectives.
What you'll be doing
* Prepare and analyse financial statements, including profit and loss, balance sheets, and cash flow reports
* Perform account reconciliations and ensure accurate bookkeeping
* Assist with the month-end and year-end close processes
* Contribute to the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures
* Provide support and guidance to other finance and accounting team members
* Liaise with external stakeholders, such as auditors and tax authorities, as required
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives
What we're looking for
* Degree in Accounting or a related field
* CPA or CA qualification
* Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar accounting role
* Strong technical accounting and financial reporting skills
* Proficient in using accounting software (Xero preferred) and MS Office suite
* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
