About Us:
We are a long established urban quick service restaurant (QSR) & takeaway specialising in the ultimate fresh Australian fish & chips. Serving locals, university students & visitors alike every day from 12pm to 9pm, located on the beautiful river suburb of St Lucia within walking distance from the University of Queensland.
About the Role:
We are seeking all-arounder team members working across customer service & kitchen, working in a relaxed professional team setting.
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery is highly regarded.
Must have an understanding of food safety regulations, including knowledge of HACCP.
Immaculate presentation & hygiene standards.
Flexible availability over a 7 day rotating roster including nights, weekends and public holidays.
Maximum 3 hours per shift.
International students welcome.
