Role / Responsibilities
* Cooperate with the Sprays Seal team on regional projects, including Port Hedland and other locations in the Pilbara region.
* Operate road rollers for day or night works as required by project needs.
* Collaborate with the team to maintain a safe workplace for the public and colleagues, ensuring all work meets high client quality standards.
* Determine optimal speed and direction to operate the roller efficiently.
* Manage daily pre‐start activities, keeping equipment clean and in good operational condition.
Qualifications / Experience
* Minimum 1 year of experience in asphalt or spray seal.
* Roller ticket and VOC (preferred).
* Physical fitness and availability for ad hoc weekend work.
* Willingness to learn, a positive attitude, and strong teamwork skills.

Compensation
If successful, you will be paid a base salary of approximately $76,523 per annum.
