About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a minimum of 3 years' proven experience in demolition projects to take full ownership of end‐to‐end project delivery across Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
In this role, you will manage a diverse portfolio of demolition projects, leading them from early planning, approvals and methodology development through to execution and final close‐out. You will bring a strong focus on safety leadership, regulatory compliance, commercial performance and client relationships, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest professional standards.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead demolition projects from tender handover through to completion.
* Take ownership of contracts, budgets, management reporting and program delivery.
* Ensure compliance with environmental, safety and quality standards.
* Manage subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams on site.
* Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and regulators.
* Provide sound judgement and solutions on complex site conditions.
About You
* Background in commercial, industrial or infrastructure demolition
* Experience working with contaminated land, hazardous materials and complex demolition sites is highly regarded.
* Strong commercial acumen and confidence managing contracts and budgets
* Calm, measured and solutions‐focused leadership style in dynamic environments
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
