Operations Team Member (Day Shift) working in production at Lysaght in Archerfield, QLD. Full‐time, permanent, with comprehensive on‐the‐job training. No previous manufacturing experience required.
Responsibilities
* Support and promote a safe working environment.
* Operate machinery and equipment (including forklift and cranes) to process and manufacture steel products.
* Pack, strap, and monitor products to ensure quality control.
* Perform lifting and manual handling tasks as required.
* Maintain focus on safety and quality throughout the day.

Hours & Compensation
Day shift hours are Monday to Thursday 5:40am – 2:00pm; Friday 4:50am – 11:00am. Starting weekly rate $1,128.22–$1,218.66, with eligibility for overtime and a quarterly performance bonus. Public holidays paid.
